Team AS220 Youth

All of AS220 Youth Staff are working artists. Some of us have been working at AS220 Youth for long time frames, others are recent arrivals. To date all of our curriculum building and classroom culture has been created by individual instructors independent of other instructors or administration feedback. While this has worked to create some very exciting programming, we are aware that sharing our successes and challenges as instructors will create a culture where staff feel more supported.
