Information collected from website visitors
When visiting the TD4Ed website, your activity, browser information and information about the referring site, along with an approximation of your location may be recorded.
We may publish this information in an aggregate, non-personally identifying way.
We may also record this information linked to your IP address or e-mail address, if authenticated to the website. We will never publish this personally identifying information.
We use this information to improve our platform and your experience with TD4Ed. We will not share this personally identifying information with a third party other than in the circumstances set out below.
Collection and use of personally identifying information
TD4Ed collects the e-mail addresses, names and potentially other information volunteered when you communicate with us. When you register with TD4Ed, we ask for information such as your name, organization information, e-mail addresses, and location.
We will use the information gathered for the provision of services to you; including authentication, contact, and improvement to said services and our website.
TD4Ed's website provides you with the facility to create and post content available, such as on our group pages or commenting sections. If you post a comment, activity post or otherwise provide personal information by and through the TD4Ed platform and/or any applicable social media, you should be aware that any personal information that you submit using such forums can be read, collected or used by other users of these platforms, and could be used to send you unsolicited messages or otherwise contact you without your consent or desire. TD4Ed is not responsible for the personal information that you choose to submit in these forums or comments.

TD4Ed will be monitoring user registration, comments, activity posts, and other submissions. If any of these submissions are offensive, libelous, or suspect in manner, TD4Ed reserves the right to un-publish submissions or to in-autheticate suspect users.
TD4Ed does not intentionally collect information from children under the age of thirteen (13).

TD4Ed works on most popular web browsers. The system works best with the more recently updated versions of them. We are compatible on both PCs and Macs as well as many smart phones and tablets.

Access to your information
You can change any of the personally identifying information volunteered to us by logging into your TD4Ed member page.
We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to TD4Ed, such as service announcements, administrative messages and the TD4Ed E-Newsletter, that are considered part of your TD4Ed account.
If you would like us to delete any personally identifying information held about you, we will do so on request unless we need to hold the information as part of the provision of products and services to you.
